Merry Christmas to Me!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! It always amazes me how fast all of the festivities go!

I was able to get my hands on a copy of the magazine I was published in, Papercraft Inspirations December issue. What a cool feeling it was to see one of my cards in an actual magazine. So I had to share this moment here.  Here is a link to the other "Beautiful Blogs" highlighted in the magazine.Thank you for stopping by, and sharing my moment in the "spotlight."

Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow

Supplies: Stamps: bold snowflake  Ink: Versamark  Paper: Bazzil walnut cream, LilyBeeDesign hot cocoa Accessories: blossom punch, dimensionals, cherry cobbler embossing powder, stamp a ma jig, ribbon, Making Memories glitter brad
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow....  I woke up to a sky full of snowflakes today.  The first of the season for us.  I am making a pot of cinnamon hot cocoa and I am going to make cards and enjoy the the snow fall....inside.  :)  This card is a CASE of this card for the featured stamper challenge over at SCS.  I changed the center image to a snowflake and added a bow at the top instead of something in the center.  I also popped up the focal panel to add some dimension.  Thanks for stopping by!!

Snow Much Fun

Supplies: Stamps: Snow Much Fun  Paper: Papercut sno cone, wild cherry, and GKD pure luxury white  Ink: Memento tuxedo black  Accessories: modern label punch, snowflake gem, gems, brad, baker's twine, delicate designs embossing folder, scallop framelit, glitter ribbon, copic markers, dimensionals

A new stamp set + a fun Mojo sketch=1 card made!  I am really liking the look of light blue and red together for winter cards, the red really pops!  Looking at my card I think I should have stamped my snowman further to the left maybe even off of the panel, oh well.  It was a fun card to make!

Thanks for stopping by!

Pennant Parade Christmas Style

Supplies: Stamps: Pennant Parade Paper: white and cherry cobbler  Ink: old olive, cherry cobbler, soft suede, early espresso  Accessories: pennant punch, bitty banner framelits, delicate designs embossing folder, gems, dimensionals

Hello!!!  I hope you all are well and are finding time to stay crafty during this busy time of year.  Our family celebrates Christmas on my side of the family over Thanksgiving....needless to say I have been shopping, wrapping, baking, and working (can't forget that!)  I found some time today to break out the ink and stamps though!  It felt great!  I checked out the featured stamper challenge on SCS and decided to case this card.  I created a CAS version of this card by using a lot of white space.  I added some embossing at the top and added gems instead of ribbon.  Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope to get inky again soon!
