Geranium Birthday Wishes

 Supplies
Stamps: Gina K Enjoy the Sunshine and Spring Mix
Paper: Gina K White and SU Real Red
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: SU Spotlight on Nature dies, Copic markers, Spellbinders Scalloped Circle Dies, Ribbon from Stash, Concord & 9th Basket Weave Card Front Die

Hello Stampers!  I'm late in posting today!!  It was so nice out and I spent the day cleaning up Bishop's Weed in my flower beds today.  Then I had to make dinner and do the dishes!  Then I was able to finish the card I started this morning.  This card is for the Featured Stamper Challenge over at Splitcoaststampers.  Here is the card that I CASED:

For my card I used a similar layout, but I changed the flowers to geraniums.  I colored and die cut the focal image, and then die cut a scalloped circle in red to mat the focal image.  Then I decided that I wanted to use a card front die instead of using patterned paper.  For the sentiment I stamped, die cut, and matted it in red to coordinate with the focal image.  I felt it was too big so I trimmed off the bottom of the sentiment.  I picked out some ribbon from my stash and adhered it to the white layer.  Then I adhered the sentiment and added a bow.  For the inside I kept it simple.  I stamped a sentiment and geraniums and colored them in.

That's all for now!  Thanks for stopping by!

Christmas Sled Greetings

Supplies:
Stamps: SU Sophisticated Sled
Ink: SU Sahara Sand
Paper: Gina K White, SU Pecan Pie, Crumb Cake, Old Olive, and Tidings of Christmas 6x6 DSP, SSS Matte Silver Cardstock
Accessories: SU Sophisticated Sled Dies, MFT Die-Namics: Snow Drifts Dies, SU Baker's Twine Essentials Pack, SU Evergreen Border Punch, White Gel Pen, Copic markers

Hello Stampers!  I'm here to share a card I made using the Freshly Made Sketches, sketch of the week.
I hadn't put away the supplies from my last card, so I used the same materials as I did for my last card.  I started off with a 4.25 x 4.25 white card base.  I cut the DSP to 4 inches and then used the Die-Namics die to create the curved portion of the card.  I trimmed it so it had a white frame from the card base.  I used my Misti to stamp the sentiment.  For the strip across the card I punched out the Evergreen Border and added some snow using a white gel pen.  Next I assembled the sled and adhered it to the card, and to finish the card I stamped, colored, and die cut a cardinal to sit on the sled.  For the inside of the card I used the same Evergreen Border punch and then stamped the sentiment.

That's all for now!  Thanks for stopping by!!

Let It Snow!

 Supplies:
Stamps: SU Sophisticated Sled
Paper: SU Sahara Sand, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie, and Tidings of Christmas 6x6 DSP, SSS Matte Silver, Gina K White
Ink: SU Sahara Sand
Accessories: Waffle Flower Layering Oval Dies, Pink and Main Large Sentiment Strip Dies

Hello Stampers!  Long time no stamp!  I finished up school at the end of May and we worked outside to get as much as we could get done before we went up north!  Then we got back from up north and bough 80 bags of mulch!!  Needless to say stamping has been at the wayside.  But today I had some time in the morning and was able to make a card for the Featured Stamper Challenge over at Splitcoaststampers.   Here is the inspiration card I found.

For my card I started with the sled.  I die cut the sled and skates and put it together.  I adhered it to the DSP oval, and matted it with white and adhered it to a Sahara Sand card base.  For the sentiment I stamped and die cut it, and popped it up next to the sled.  I kept the inside simple also.  I stamped the sentiment and die cut it out of an oval.  And then I added the greenery to the top of the oval.

Thanks so much for stopping by!!
