Hello Stampers! I made a card today using the sketch over at Freshly Made Sketches.
I started by selecting colors for the blooms. Next I cut a white panel and die cut it with the handmade quilt cover plate. Then I die cut a bunch of flowers and leaves, and arranged them to coordinate with the sketch. When I finished I took a picture so as I moved the pieces to adhere them to the card I could remember where to put them. To finish the front I heat embossed a sentiment and die cut it using a sentiment strip from Gina K's master layout 4 set. Lastly, I decided to pop up the sentiment. For the inside I stamped a sentiment and then die cut a couple of flowers for the inside.
That's all for now! Thanks so much for stopping by!
Terri

ReplyDeleteTerri, even though the sun is shining there are no chances of flowers yet here in Michigan! Thanks so much for bringing these lovely paper ones to the FMS party!
