Christmas in July

Supplies: Stamps: Whipper Snapper, SU petite pairs  Paper: crumb cake, cherry cobbler, ivory  Ink: crumb cake, Memento rich cocoa  Accessories: Cuttlebug embossing folder, copic markers, sponge

This week the Paper Players Challenge is Chrismas in July.  Hard to believe it is close to 100 degrees here and I am making a Christmas card, but maybe it will help me think cool thoughts! :)  For this card I embossed the main panel, and stamped the bird image.  I colored the bird with copic markers, and sponged crumb cake on the edge to emphasize the snowflakes.  Then I stamped the greeting, added a cherry cobbler layer, and sponged the edge of the card base with crumb cake as well.

Thanks for stopping by!
