Have a Special Birthday

Accessories:  Stamps:  Hero Arts  Paper: navy cardstock, Gina K white cardstock, and Simple Stories bloom and grow 6x6 paper pad  Ink: Gina K jet black amalgam ink  Accessories:  Spellbinders scalloped rectangle, twine, dimensionals
I made this this card using the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches.  Here is the current sketch:
I started by choosing some patterned paper.  I cut a panel and matted it with a dark navy cardstock.  Then I wrapped twine around this panel and added a bow.  Next I stamped my sentiment and matted it with a scalloped rectangle, and I popped it up onto my card using dimensionals.  That completes my card.  It was a quick and easy one.

You Make Life Sweet

Supplies:  Stamps: Amuse  Paper: Gina K Chocolate Kiss and Amuse  Ink: Gina K jet black amalgam Accessories:  Stampin up circle framelits, copic markers, silver pen

The Clean and Simple challenge this week is chocolate!  I broke out the Amuse stamps for this challenge.  I stamped and colored the chocolate image, die cut it, and then matted it onto a scalloped circle.  Then I made the gingham panel, and adhered it to the card panel.  After this I used my stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp the sentiment.  Lastly I adhered the focal image onto the card panel, and adhered the card panel to the card base.  This was a fun challenge!

Butterfly Wishes

Supplies:  Stamps: Simon Says Stamp tiny words  Paper:  Gina K heavy base weight white and kraft and Pebbles Spring Fling 6x6 paper pad  Ink: VersaMark  Accessories:  Simon Says Stamp sentiment labels, Simon Says Stamp Butterfly Square, gem, detail white embossing powder

I made this card using the current sketch from Freshly Made Sketches.
I thought of this butterfly die cut right away when I saw the sketch.   I die cut it in white three times and adhered them together to create some dimension.  Then I die cut the patterned paper and inlaid this piece into the butterfly die cut.  Lastly, I used a rectangle sentiment instead of a circle on my card.

That's all for now,

Today's Clean and Simple challenge on SCS is Simply Die Cuts.  So I decided to use the Positive Thoughts and matching die cuts, Nature's Thoughts Dies.  First I die cut the focal panel.  Then I stamped the sentiment.  Lastly I stamped and die cut the butterflies and popped them up onto the focal panel.  And that completed my card.

You're Stinkin Cute

Supplies: Stamps: Lawn Fawn Stinkin Cute Ink: Versamark and Gina K black onyx amalgam ink  Paper: Gina K heavy base weight white  Accessories:  mini dimensional, white detail embossing powder,  copic markers, Lawn Fawn stitched only hearts

The Freshly Made Sketches sketch caught my eye this week:
When I saw the sketch my stitched only heart dies came to mind.  I die cut this, and then added my skunk and heart to the focal point.  For the sentiment I heat embossed it, cut it apart, and added it to my card.

That's all for now, thanks for stopping by!
