Hello Stampers!  I'm back to share a card that I made for the Clean and Simple Challenge over at Splitcoaststampers: Fun in the Sun.  For my card I started by stenciling the sun rays onto a 4x4 piece of white card stock.  Then I stamped, punched out, and colored the focal image and matted it with some azure afternoon card stock.  I adhered this blue layer to the sunrays, and then I popped up the focal image onto the blue circle.  For the sentiment I die cut it and adhered it to the card front.  For the inside I simply stamped a sentiment.

That's all for now.  I'm headed up north on Saturday so I won't be posting.  See you all in about a week!

Terri

Hello Stampers!  I'm here to share a card I made for the Freshly Made Sketches, sketch of the week.
For my card I started by stamping and fussy cutting out the leafy image.  Then I picked out the patterned paper for the background.  I experimented with sizes for the focal image, and then embossed it with the corrugated embossing folder, and matted it with crumb cake cardstock.  Then I attached the leafy image so some of it was in front and some of it was in the back.  For the sentiment I stamped, die cut, and popped it up.  For the inside I stamped the basket image and then added a sentiment.

Thanks so much for stopping by!!

Hello Stampers!  It's been awhile!  I was busy finishing up my last couple of weeks of school.  Our last day was Friday, I don't think it has sunk in that it is summer yet.  Maybe it will tonight when I don't have to set an alarm!! :)

My card today is for 2 challenges.  One is the Clean and Simple Challenge over at Splitcoaststampers: Make a Masculine card, and the other is the sketch challenge over at Freshly Made Sketches.
For my card I started by picking out two pieces of patterned paper that coordinated, and getting them cut out.  For the focal image I stamped, die cut, stamped the sentiment, and colored the image.  I adhered the two patterned papers down, and then popped up the airplane.  For the inside I had a piece of the cloud paper, so I stamped and die cut the sentiment and adhered it to the patterned paper.

That's all for now!  Thanks for stopping by!!
