Happy Birthday Dad!

It's been awhile relaxing days of summer have been quite busy!! It was my Dad's birthday over the weekend, the big 60! I gave him the bottom card of the two. I like the contrast of the browns in the second one. I made the top one first and thought it needed another layer of color.

The layout for this card is an old Mojo Sketch. I loved the sketch but didn't have time to participate when it was posted. All of the stamps are Stampin' Up. The goose is an old stamp that I picked up at a rummage called Goose Greetings. My parents always have geese in and around their yard, so I found this image fitting for Dad. The patterned paper is an old sandy lion paper called crinkled umber. For the tools I used: nestabilities, deckle edge scissors, corner punch by ek success, brads, jumbo eyelets, cb houndstooth embossing folder, copic markers, and a sponge for sponging the focal image and tag.
Thanks for stopping by!!
