Hello Stampers!  I made this card for the Featured Stamper challenge on Splitcoaststampers.  This week's featured stamper is Pat, and this is the card I chose from her gallery to CASE.

To make my card I started with at 4.25x4.25 card base, because my elements were smaller than the featured stamper's card.  Next I cut a piece of white card stock to 4x4.  After this I die cut the country landscape out of black and laid it down on the 4x4 piece of cardstock.  I lightly traced the country landscape so I knew where to start blending the purple.  Before blending I cut out a circle for the moon and placed it on the 4x4 piece of card stock.  I started blending at the bottom with the purple and then blended a couple of blue shades for the night sky.  I blended lightly around the moon so there would be a glow around the moon.  After I was done blending a splattered some water onto the blended areas.  I let this dry while I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment in white.  I adhered the the landscape to the focal panel and added some black and white twine. Then I used my Stamp a ma Jig to stamp the flying Santa.  To finish the card I adhered the focal panel to the card base.

That's all for now!  Thanks so much for stopping by!!

Terri
