Hello Stampers! It is Featured Stamper Sunday over at Splitcoaststampers. This week's Featured Stamper is Betty aka Sweet Irene. This is the card I chose from her gallery to CASE.
For my card I started with a white card base. Then I stamped, colored, and die cut my focal image, and matted it with a red scalloped circle. Next I picked out some patterned paper, and added a red scalloped border. I added a white ribbon treatment and stamped my sentiment on the card base. To finish the card I adhered the focal panel to the card base. For the inside I added some patterned paper with a scalloped edge and a sentiment.
