Sketch Challenge Moose

Supplies:  Stamps: Jolly Friends  Ink: soft suede, cherry cobbler  Paper: Be of Good Cheer Designer Series Paper, very vanilla, cherry cobbler, crumb cake  Accessories: santa hat punch, circle layering framelits

When I saw the Sketch Challenge on SCS this week I thought of this moose.  I thought he would fit just right in the focal image.  I found some papers to go with the moose and things fell into place.  I fussy cut the moose and added a santa hat using the paper punch.  I added the remaining layers and this completed the card.

Summer, Summer, Summertime!

Supplies: Stamps: $1 acrylic set  Paper: TPC Studio Easter Jelly Bean Dot, Gina K white, and purple scraps from stash  Ink: Memento tuxedo black  Accessories: Stampin Up Circle framelits, copic markers, word window punch, dimensionals

The CAS challenge on SCS is Summertime.  Popsicles scream summertime to me, and purple popsicles are my favorite.  I found this stamp set in my stash and thought it would work out great for this challenge.  I chose the dot patterned paper because it has the bright summertime colors, and used purple cardstock as my accent color to coordinate with the purple popsicles.  I colored the focal image with copic markers, and popped up the sentiment with dimensionals.

Today is the featured stamper on SCS, and the featured stamper is Kelly.  She has a wonderful gallery to browse through.  This is the card that gave me inspiration to my card.  I inked up my embossing folder with pear tart ink and ran it through the Big Shot.  Then I stamped the focal image.  I cut out the balloons using my Silhouette Cameo, added a tail to each, and adhered them to the card.

Perfect Perch

Supplies: Stamps: Whipper Snapper Perfect Perch  Ink: Memento tuxedo black  Paper: white and red Gina K, DCWV Glitzy paper pad, Lawn Fawn peace love joy 6x6 pad  Accessories: copic markers, ribbon, and liquid applique

The featured stamper on SCS this week is Magouille, and this is the card that provided me with inspiration for my card.  I liked the layout of her card and the snowman image.  I knew I had a couple Whipper Snapper snowmen stamps that I could use for the focal image.  I colored the snowman with copic markers and added some snow with liquid applique and a ribbon to tie it altogether.
