Hello Stampers!  This week's Featured Stamper on Splitcoaststampers is Imke and this is the card that I selected from her gallery.  To make my card I started with the focal image.  I die cut the birch circle in white, and then die cut a circle border.  Then I die cut a kraft circle to adhere to the back of the birch circle.  Next I die cut a cherry cobbler mat.  To complete the focal image I die cut some cardinals and adhered them to the birch trees.  Then I stamped and die cut the sentiment.  I layered the sentiment with two additional layers of white to add some dimension.  Next I chose a snowflake embossing folder and embossed the card base.  I popped up the focal image and adhered it with dimensionals.  For the inside I cut a white panel and embossed it, and stamped the sentiment with Cherry Cobbler ink.

Hello Stampers!  It is Featured Stamper Sunday on Splitcoaststampers!  This week's Featured Stamper is Susan and this is the card I chose from her gallery as inspiration for my card.  The silver ring of stars caught my eye, and it reminded me of the Leafy Ring die cut.  For my card I die cut the Leafy Ring and then stamped the sentiment.  From there I die cut an A2 layer to be my focal panel, and added silver trim with a bow  I matted this with silver foil paper (even though in the picture it looks holographic!) to get that same metallic look as Susan's card.  To finish the front I adhered this to a card base.

That's all for now!  Thanks for stopping by!

Hello Stampers!  Here it is Easter and I am making a Christmas Card?!?  I was inspired by this week's Featured Stamper, Heather, on Splitcoaststampers.  Heather does a wonderful job scrapbooking and this is the layout I used as inspiration for my card:
I thought it would be fun to create a patchwork tree for the focal point of my card.  I punched out a bunch of triangles and arranged them until I thought it was balanced, and adhered it to the whip cream card stock.  Then I added a star with a gem and a bow.  And then for the sentiment I stamped and die cut it.  I wanted to add some dimension to the sentiment so I die cut three layers and glued them together and adhered it to the back of the sentiment.  I layered the focal panel with a cherry cobbler layer before adhering it to the card base.  For the inside of the card I used the same layers of card stock as the front, and stamped the sentiment in cherry cobbler ink.  Then I had some extra triangles so I made a mini tree for the inside.
That's all for now, I hope you all have a wonderful Easter!!

Hello Stampers!  Today's card uses the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches.
To make my card I started with the oval.  I die cutting the oval and it's mat.  Then I took the white oval and embossed it with the tulip embossing folder.  I adhered this to the yellow oval, and adhered it to the white card base.  Then I stamped and die cut the butterflies.  I drew the body and antennas on the butterflies with a Memento tuxedo black marker.  I popped up the butterflies with dimensionals.  Then I stamped the sentiment, die cut it, and adhered it to the card.   For the inside of the card I stamped the sentiment in black and stamped the butterflies in daffodil delight.  Again I had to draw on the body and antennas.  And that completes the card.
