Hello Stampers!  I made this card using two challenges.  One is the sketch challenge over at Paper Players
. And the other challenge is the Featured Stamper Challenge over at Splitcoaststampers.  To make my card I started with the Filigree Heart.  I die cut it, and then die cut a stitched square around it.  I framed this with some real red glimmer paper.  For the card front I die cut it with the Concord and 9th quilted card front die.  I adhered the heart to the card front, and then it was time for the sentiment.  First I heat embossed the sentiment in white on a black banner, but I didn't like it.  Then I stamped the sentiment in red on a white banner, again I didn't like it.  Then I thought can I heat emboss on glimmer paper??  So I gave it a try, and surprisingly enough it worked!  So I popped the sentiment up with some mini dimensionals.  For the inside I kept it simple.  I stamped the sentiment with real red on a white square and then matted it with some red glimmer paper.  I love all of the sparkle on this card.  It was hard to capture the glimmer in my photo.  Thanks so much for stopping by!!

Hello Stampers!  I'm here to share my card that I made for the Freshly Made Sketches sketch of the week:

I am a kindergarten teacher and I am always in need of thank you notes.  So I decided to make a thank you note.  For my card I stamped, die cut, and colored the crayons with Copic markers.  I lined them up and adhered them to a white panel.  I matted this panel with black cardstock.  For the sentiment I die cut and stamped the wavy thanks so much, and popped it up with some mini dimensionals.  For the inside of the card I colored a couple more crayons and adhered them in the corners so I have room to write a message.

That's all for now!  Thanks so much for stopping by!!

Welcome to another Featured Stamper Sunday over at Splitcoaststampers.   Here is the inspiration card from Pam's gallery:
For my card I started with a white card base.  Then I worked on the focal panel.  I started by die cutting and assembling the snowman, and adding the die cut J and Y.  I left a little room at the bottom to add a ribbon treatment.  After I applied the ribbon and bow, I adhered this panel to a glimmer paper mat, and adhered it to the card.

Hello Stampers!  It's Sunday and time for the Featured Stamper Challenge on Splitcoaststampers.  Here is a card from Amber's gallery that I got inspiration from.

For my card I started by die cutting the Christmas tree, and adding a die cut star to the top of the tree.  Then I heat embossed the sentiment, and cut it down to create a focal panel.  I wanted to add some trim so I used some silver trim and tied a bow.  I adhered this to a silver mat, and adhered it to the card front.

That's all for now!  Thanks for stopping by!!

Hello Stampers!  I'm back to share with you a card I made for the Freshly Made Sketches challenge of the week.
To make my card I started with a white card base.  Next I embossed the tulip panel and layered it with a pink mat.  Then I decided to use butterflies for the circle elements.  I stamped and punched out the butterflies and adhered them to the tulip panel, and lifted up the wings for some dimension.  To finish the card I stamped and die cut the sentiment and adhered it to the card.

Supplies: Stamps: Stampin' Up Happy Thoughts and Best of Flowers Ink: VersaFine CLAIR Nocturne

Hello Stampers!  Today's card is using the sketch over at Freshly Made Sketches.

To make my card I started by die cutting the stitched edge rectangle from Master Layouts 7.  Then I blended the background using Distress Inks.  Next I stamped the floral image and sentiment, and for the panel I added some ribbon with a twine bow.  To finish the card I added a black mat to focal panel and adhered it to my white card base.  For the inside I happened to have the same image on the front but in a smaller scale.  So I stamped that and a sentiment for the inside of my card.

Thanks so much for stopping by!!
