Hello Stampers! Today's card is for the Clean and Simple challenge on Splitcoaststampers. The theme for the challenge is to follow the directions, use one circle and one rectangle and keep it CAS. Challenge accepted! :) For my card I started by stamping, punching out, and coloring my truck. Then I added some flowers in the truck bed. I decided to use my circle for the focal image, so I die cut the stitched circle. I stamped the ground for the truck on the circle, and then adhered my truck to the circle. For the rectangle I made a long skinny one for my sentiment. After laying the pieces on a white card front I decided I needed some color. So I cut out a kraft card base and die cut the card front. From here I could adhere my circle and then pop up the sentiment. I still was feeling like something was missing so I stamped and fussy cut the clouds and adhered them to the card. For the inside I left it blank because this card could be a birthday or thinking of you card. I stamped and colored the truck in the bottom corner and that completed my card.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Terri
